Store Policy – Maple Leaf Farms
At Maple Leaf Farms, we take pride in offering high-quality plants, garden supplies, and country gift items at competitive, wholesale-level pricing to the public. Below is our store policy regarding purchases, returns, refunds, and plant pickups.
 
📌 Return & Exchange Policy
  • Store Items (Non-Perishable, Non-Plant Items Only)
    • Store Credit Only Within 14 Days of Purchase
    • Eligible for store credit only on gift items and general store merchandise.
    • No cash or credit card refunds.
       
  • Packaged Goods & Perishables
    • All Sales Final – No Returns, No Refunds, No Store Credit
    • This includes candies, snacks, jams, syrups, popcorn, fudge, and all other packaged goods.
       
  • Statues, Fountains, & Breakable Items
    • All Sales Final – No Returns, No Refunds, No Store Credit
    • This includes statues, fountains, clay pots, urns, window boxes, and any other fragile/breakable items.
    • These items are sold as-is, and once they leave our store, they are the customer’s responsibility.
       
  • Plants, Trees, Shrubs, Lawn & Garden Care Items (Perishable/Usable Goods)
    • ALL SALES FINAL – No Returns, No Refunds, No Store Credit
    • This includes all trees, shrubs, flowers, plants, pesticides, lawn care products, and any perishable or consumable goods.
    • Once purchased, these items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.
       
🚛 Pickup & Delivery Policy
  • Orders Set for Pickup or Delivery
    • If an order (plants, trees, or other store items) is scheduled for pickup or delivery and later canceled, a 10% restocking fee applies—regardless of whether it is canceled the next day or a week later.
    • If an order is not picked up within 1-2 weeks, it is considered yours, and no refund or credit will be issued.
       
  • Long-Term Holding Policy
    • Customers must pick up their plants within 1 month of purchase.
    • If plants are not picked up within 2-3 months, they are forfeited, and the purchase is lost.
    • We are NOT a storage facility for plants and cannot hold or care for them indefinitely.
       
🌿 No Warranties or Guarantees on Plants
  • We do not offer warranties or guarantees on any plants, trees, shrubs, or perishable goods.
     
  • We sell at wholesale pricing directly to the public with low margins and do not excessively mark up our plants like retail garden centers.
     
  • Once a plant leaves our care, we are not responsible for its health, condition, or how it is maintained.
     
  • All plants leave our facility in healthy, sellable condition.
     
🔎 Additional Notes
  • All sales are final on discounted or clearance items.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying the health and condition of plants upon pickup or delivery.
  • By purchasing from Maple Leaf Farms, you agree to these terms and conditions.
