Orders Set for Pickup or Delivery

If an order (plants, trees, or store items) is scheduled for pickup or delivery and later canceled, a 10% restocking fee applies—regardless of when it is canceled.

If an order is not picked up within 1-2 weeks, it is considered yours, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Long-Term Holding Policy

Customers must pick up their plants within 1 month of purchase.

If plants are not picked up within 2-3 months, they are forfeited, and the purchase is lost.

We are NOT a storage facility and cannot hold or care for plants indefinitely.
🌿 No Warranties or Guarantees on Plants

No warranties or guarantees on any plants, trees, shrubs, or perishable goods.

We sell at wholesale pricing directly to the public with low margins and do not excessively mark up our plants like retail garden centers.

Once a plant leaves our care, we are not responsible for its health, condition, or how it is maintained.

All plants leave our facility in healthy, sellable condition.
