  • What are your store hours?
    We’re open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM (excluding select holidays).
  • Do you sell wholesale plants?
    We offer wholesale pricing to the public, OUR PRICES ARE INSANE!!
  • Do you have a return policy?
    All plant sales are final due to their perishable nature. Packaged goods, treats, and edibles are also final sale. Store items & gift merchandise are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. See more here:
  • Do you have sales or special promotions?
    We offer everyday low pricing and do not mark up products just to offer discounts later. Our prices are already set at wholesale levels for the public. Bulk pricing is not available, except for extremely large orders (e.g., 1,000+ plants). Occasionally, we may run special promotions on select items, which will be announced in-store and on our Facebook & Instagram pages.
  • Can I place an order online or over the phone?
    No, all plant purchases must be made in person at our store.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in-store.

    Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash and checks at this time. Please Note: We offer a 3% discount for customers who choose to pay with cash or check instead of card. All prices displayed in-store already reflect this cash discount. If you choose to pay with a card, the 3% discount is not applied.
  • Do you offer plant delivery?
    Yes! We offer affordable plant delivery services to NJ, NYC, CT, DE, and PA.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Our plant deliveries are flat-rate pricing, depending on your location. Bulk soil, stone, and mulch deliveries require a dump truck, and pricing varies by quantity and distance.
  • Do you install plants and trees?
    Yes! We offer professional planting services, but you must schedule a delivery with us for installation. We do not offer planting services beyond a 20-30 mile radius.
  • Do you deliver store products, annuals, or small items?
    No, we do not deliver store products or annuals. Bagged mulch, fertilizers, and perennials can be delivered only if ordered with plants or bulk materials.
  • Do you spread mulch, stone, or soil?
    No, we do not spread mulch, install weed fabric, or landscape beds. We strictly plant trees and shrubs.
  • Is there a warranty on plants?
    No, we do not provide warranties on any plant material, even if we install it. Once the plant leaves our care, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain its health.
  • What’s the best way to water newly planted trees?
    Use a soaker hose for 25 minutes per tree. Hand watering: 10 gallons per tree for smaller sizes, 15-20 gallons for larger trees. Water 2-3 times per week for the first 6 months, then adjust based on weather.
  • What seasonal events do you offer?
    We host family-friendly events throughout the year, including: Easter Hayride – Meet the Easter Bunny & take a fun hayride! Summer Market – Outdoor farmers market with vendors & crafts. Fall Fun Fest – Pumpkin picking, hayrides, live bull riding, pig races & more! Christmas Wonderland – Holiday train rides, vintage Christmas walk-through, & Santa visits. Do I need tickets for seasonal events? Tickets are sold at the door only – No online sales!
