🌱 Garden Center & Nursery Staff (5+ Years Required)

  • Must have 5+ years of experience OR formal education in horticulture, landscaping, trees, shrubs, and perennials.

  • Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining plant health, stocking, and handling sales of large nursery stock.

  • Strong plant knowledge is REQUIRED—this is not an entry-level position.
     

🏡 Greenhouse Staff (2+ Years Required)

  • Must have 2+ years of experience OR education specializing in annuals and tropicals.

  • Duties include filling and stocking inventory, watering, caring for greenhouse plants, and assisting customers.
     

📋 Secretary / Bookkeeping (5+ Years Required)

  • Seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional with 5+ years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial tracking.

  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and general administrative tasks.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage daily business operations.
     

💲 Cashier / Retail Associate (5+ Years Required)

  • Must have 5+ years of retail experience in handling cash registers, customer service, and sales.

  • Responsible for processing transactions, assisting customers, restocking items, and maintaining a clean workspace.

  • Friendly, outgoing personality required!
     

🔧 Mechanic (5+ Years Required – Large Equipment Only)

  • Must have 5+ years of experience with farm tractors, large trucks, and heavy machinery.

  • Experience with automotive repair is NOT enough—must specialize in agricultural and commercial equipment.

  • Responsibilities include maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of farm machinery and work vehicles.


📸 Social Media Content Creator (1+ Year Required – Video Production)

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience OR schooling in video production, content creation, or digital media.

  • Responsible for filming, editing, and creating engaging video content for social media platforms.

  • This is NOT a graphic design or marketing role—you will work alongside our in-house marketing lead.


🎡 Event & Seasonal Staff (Fall & Winter – Part-Time Weekends)

  • Looking for weekend help during our Fall Fun Fest and Christmas Wonderland events.

  • Duties include ticketing, event setup, crowd management, and customer assistance.

  • No prior experience is required—perfect for students or those looking for extra seasonal income!
