Once a plant leaves our care, it becomes the customer's full responsibility.

We do not guarantee the survival, health, or longevity of any plant after purchase.

Purchasing Wholesale or Bulk Quantities

Large orders are first come, first serve and cannot be reserved without full payment.

Once plants or materials are purchased, they must be picked up or delivered within the agreed timeframe. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture without refund.
3. Pickup, Delivery & Storage Policies
Pickup Terms

Orders must be picked up within 1-2 weeks of purchase unless an arrangement is made.

If an order is not picked up within 1 month, it will be considered forfeited, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
Delivery Terms

Delivery fees are based on location and must be paid in full before scheduling.

We are not responsible for any damages after delivery is completed.

If no one is present to accept the delivery, plants will be left at the designated drop-off location, and the sale is final.
Long-Term Holding Policy

We are not a storage facility for plants. We do not hold or care for plants beyond the agreed pickup time.

Plants not picked up within 2-3 months are forfeited without refund.
