All event times are posted online and on social media.
Last call for ticket sales is 30 minutes before each event ends.
Daytime Train Rides: End at 4:00 PM sharp every day.
Nighttime Train Rides: Begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only.
There is a 1-hourtransition between daytime and nighttime rides.
Last nighttime ride generally departs by 7:30 PM, depending on crowds and ride length.
Christmas Walkthrough: Open during all posted hours; Santa is present throughout.

Our Sweet Shop is open primarily Friday to Sunday during Wonderland events.

We have three large bonfire pits for families to enjoy.
All guests enter at their own risk and must supervise children and family members.
Bonfire area closes at 8 PM sharp. No exceptions.

Can we come just to shop?
Yes! Our store is open 7 days a week, 9 AM to 5 PM. The Sweet Shop is open mainly Friday to Sunday.
Can we bring food or drinks?
We recommend enjoying food before or after rides. Light snacks or drinks are allowed, but please clean up after yourselves. No food or drink permitted on the train.
How long are the attractions?
Daytime Train Ride: 10–20 min
Nighttime Holiday Train Ride: 15–25 min
Christmas Walkthrough: 10–20 min

Is Santa there?
Yes! Santa is part of the Christmas Walkthrough and is present the entire time it's open.
Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
Yes, for all walkthrough areas. Not allowed on rides or inside attractions.
Do you accept Apple Pay or digital payments?
Yes. We accept Apple Pay and contactless payments. No crypto or other non-standard methods.
Can I take pictures?
Yes! We welcome all personal photos. Professional photos are allowed, but all visitors must purchase tickets—no exceptions.
Can we bring our dog in a stroller or carrier?
No. No pets are permitted in any attractions.
When is the best time to visit to avoid crowds?
Arrive early, close to the start of the event hours.
Are bathrooms available?
Yes. Clearly marked and accessible on-site.
