  • No pets are permitted at our events or attractions, including pets in strollers or carriers.

  • Small pets are only permitted inside the Country Store when held or placed in a shopping cart.

  • Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Absolutely! Our Country Store is open seven days a week, including days when Christmas attractions are not operating.

Are reindeer and polar bear rides suitable for adults?

Our animated reindeer and polar bear rides are designed for family enjoyment.

Riders must be at least 43 inches tall to ride independently. Shorter riders must ride with a ticketed adult.

Each rider ages 2 and older requires an individual ticket.

Are strollers and wheelchairs permitted?

Yes! Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome throughout designated walking areas and the Christmas Walkthrough.

Santa's Village operates rain or shine!

Most activities take place indoors or in covered areas. Outdoor train rides may be delayed or canceled if weather or ground conditions become unsafe.
